Well, fortunately this is only the second time we've needed them, but we just had our transmission replaced and everything was handled in a very professional manner and I never felt I was being overcharged for anything or told to fix unnecessary items. Super happy so far!

My son's Mazda 2 had a noise which we thought were the front brakes needing replaced. I live out of town and wanted to get them fixed for him. I went by the reviews I saw on Empire Automotive and I was not disappointed. They quoted a small charge to check the brakes and another if they needed replaced. Empire cleaned out the brakes and told me they were still good, just dirty. Wow, I didn't see that coming. Most places would have just changed the brakes and charged the full price. I really appreciate honesty and will definitely have my son go here again for repairs. Thanks Empire, you guy's rock.
