My van was having problems with starting, and I knew I had to eventually bring it in for repair. But, one afternoon, it wouldn't start, and i was in a bind. So, I had it towed to Empire and they fixed it that afternoon. And, on top of that, they gave me a ride v\back to my job, and picked me up where I lived to get my van back. Service was bar none, exceptional. I highly recommend Empire, I've trusted them for many years, and will continue to do so for as long as they are in business.

I stopped in for an interstate battery. They were friendly and professional, let me pull and install my battery right there, and even replaced the battery hold down for free. Highly recommended.

In turn he explained the possibilities and what will be done to verify any issues. I was contacted later confirming problems, their recommendations and an estimate to fix.
