Simply the best.......

My friend and I were on a road trip and the engine light came on on my Dodge pickup. They were the only shop that would get us in right away to determine if it was an emergency or not! Definitely set my mind at ease! Thanks Chris!

We have been to Empire twice now for small issues with our cars and felt very good about the service. They were very accommodating and explained everything well. We'll be bring them here for more work in the future.

Empire Automotive got to my car faster than expected, let me know as soon as they understood what the problem was, offered great explanations and a handful of options, and had me back on the road before the weekend. I've never been happier with a mechanic than I am with Empire Automotive.

I was able to get in within a week of my phone call even as a new customer and they shuttled me after i dropped off my car. I arrived after 5 to pick up my truck and i came rushing in to pay and get out of their way so they could go home, but they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all. the mechanic, chris spent over a half an hour with me going over everything and referring me to locally owned places i could use (new to town). Really nice guy. More expensive than most mechanics but it seems like a fair price not just jacked up for nothing and from what i heard they don't use cheap parts and they are reliable as hell.

The customer service is excellent---The mechanics keep you posted on what needs to be done, and they onlydo what needs to be done
