Haven't had to use Empire in awhile but have in the past. Plus have many friends who also are customers and they rave about service, courtesy and all around first class service. All employees are considerate and respectful. They follow requests made which for me is important. Recommend them every chance I grt.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and trust worthy. They called me several times throughout their work on my car to either get more information, approval for work, or even just to let me know that it might take slightly longer than expected (thanks, Saturn). I've found my new go-to auto shop!

My wife got her car back in only one day... The only problem was that Empire Automotive does not give a "Senior Discount" My wife even showed her "AARP" and proof of age to no avail.... Thank you getting her car back on the road as she doesn't have to use my truck any more...... Butch,
