Great Service/Great People — Very Helpful and Knowledgeable

Empire Automotive was recommended to me by someone in the automotive industry, which made me feel comfortable enough to contact them. My "CHECK ENGINE" light came on & I knew I needed to have my car looked. In addition, my air conditioner/heater was not blowing. So, I went in to talk to Chris & to get an estimate. First thing I noticed was that they were very, very busy, which I consider a very good sign that they had loyal customers. I made arrangements to bring my car in & I didn't have transportation back home. They were very gracious & had Chuck drive me home & pick me up when my car was finished. I am happy that my car is now safe to drive, the CHECK ENGINE light is off and my temperature blower is now working. Very nice people to deal with and very professional. I will be recommending Empire Automotive to my friends.

I brought my car in to Empire because my son shared how appreciative he was for Chris pointing out the tires that came with his previously owned truck that he purchased were not safe for his vehicle. My son called the dealer. They acknowledged their error and paid for new tires that should have been on the truck. When I brought my car in, he discussed my car’s issues with me and provided enough information for me to decide what was really needed and what would be nice, but not immediately necessary. Nice to have a local mechanic I trust. Thank you, Chris

I’ve finally found my great auto mechanic shop! Nothing but great things to say and that’s big praise after I’ve taken my cars to a number of other shops and got ripped off, misdiagnosed, and treated poorly. Chuck and Chris are top notch as well as the front office. Real people, knowledgeable, with integrity and respect. They don’t overcharge or push to do more work than is necessary. They have the warmth and personable service of the old days. So happy to have found Empire Automotive and specifically, Chuck since he’s been my main contact.
