I have trusted Chris and Chuck with my now 11 year old Chevy Silverado 2500 HD because when you use your truck to pull a horse trailer, you have to have confidence that there will be no issues and that is always been the case, even when going to Montana! This is a great shop with great people!

This is a good company with friendly people.They have always been able to help me to continue to operate my 04 Nissan Sentra that has over 1/3 million miles on it. Also they have been careful to keep repair costs on the low side.

This is the first time I have used Empire Automotive Services after a recommendation from a AAA tow-truck driver who attempted to get our PT Cruiser jumped. I tried multiple times to start it with no avail... so I decided to have towed to and checked out and serviced by Chris. It turned out it needed neither a battery or an alternator, they just checked and charged it and it was good to go. Another shop might've tried to sell me a battery. I also had some minor services done, and the best part it was done at a fair price. Empire just gained another customer. Thank you!
