My truck broke down _on the railroad tracks_ not 500 feet from this shop, and if the vehicle had to suddenly stop functioning, I cannot think of a better place. They came and helped me get it out of the road, and were so friendly and helpful that I decided to have them do the repair, even though I had never heard of the place and didn't have time to check reviews. I'm delighted I went with that gut feeling. What a fantastic experience. Chris explained everything in detail without a hint of condescension, they got the truck fixed promptly (MUCH faster than I expected), and their off-the-cuff estimate was within 40 cents of the final total. _Absolutely_ recommended. Oh, and they have a shop cat, too!
