Always a pleasure to deal with. They have always been honest and straight about any work that they do or needs to be done. If my mom lived in town, I would recommend she use Empire Automotive.
There was a mystery problem with my truck. Long story short I took it everywhere to get it figured out. These guys weren't able to either lol. But were incredible along the way. They spent hours road testing it and it did the classic won't screw up for the mechanic song and dance. At the end they only charged me an hour to deal with it and DID NOT PARTS REPLACE on me. They couldn't find anything and after speaking with them they were at a loss for what to do. Threw out a part that they think it might be but left it up to me. I've since purchased a new vehicle and won't need them for a while but I definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a solid shop to look after their ride.
The quality of the work and the friendliness of everyone there would make me embarrassed the go elsewhere.

Happy with their work. Mechanic found many small things not repaired well from past shops a nd even the dealership. Car runs great now. Very trustworthy and reputable shop.
