Lori is always friendly on the phone, and Scott is always courteous when pointing me in the right direction! Chris was great with determining the issue with my car, and willing to go above and beyond to correct it. Unfortunately, parts for my Saab are practically impossible to find nowadays :( In spite of no parts, he still gave me great advice on what I can do to increase the "shelf life" of my car, and some things I may be able to expect later on down the road.

Always a pleasure to deal with. They have always been honest and straight about any work that they do or needs to be done. If my mom lived in town, I would recommend she use Empire Automotive.

There was a mystery problem with my truck. Long story short I took it everywhere to get it figured out. These guys weren't able to either lol. But were incredible along the way. They spent hours road testing it and it did the classic won't screw up for the mechanic song and dance. At the end they only charged me an hour to deal with it and DID NOT PARTS REPLACE on me. They couldn't find anything and after speaking with them they were at a loss for what to do. Threw out a part that they think it might be but left it up to me. I've since purchased a new vehicle and won't need them for a while but I definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a solid shop to look after their ride.
