Fair honest service. Very knowledgable mechanics.
Great visit. Never have been talked into anything I truly don't need.. If you want "honest" go to Empire Automotive. Never have had a bad experience in 23 years taking my vehicles there.
Stopped in without an appointment to get advice on a broken switch on the dash of my old truck. They took time out of their day to devise a fix for it and I left a happy client.
I don't know what I would do without everyone at Empire! They take care of you like you are part of the family!
Service was prompt and courteous, as always.
Always GREAT customer service and a very comfy waiting room!!!!!!!! Chris and all the girls are awesome!! Love Boo Kitty!!!
I cannot recommend Empire Automotive highly enough. I have been using them for over 15 yrs because they are extremely knowledgeable, fast, trustworthy and professional. Chuck has even helped me find two reliable used cars for my family.
Easy to get an appointment. Great service and fair prices.
Superbly responsive.
Always helpful, fair and honest. Always respectful, accommodating and friendly. I heart you guys.
