I've had excellent reliable service from Empire Automotive for many years. They always have the answer and go out of their way to accommodate me.

Everyone at Empire are professional, and explain what needs to be done with my car in a way that I can understand. They are patient and easy to talk with. I also appreciate that they will drive me to and from my home while they work on my car. Always a great experience!

Empire was accommodating, professional and fast. I was having battery issues with my Chevrolet Tahoe and they immediately made time for me to bring it in, even though it was near the end of the day. Scott at the front desk was really helpful and made sure that I was seen quickly. As soon as I arrived they started diagnosing the problem, and had a solution for me within an hour (due to a need to test the battery). Turned out that we needed to replace the battery. Chris (the mechanic) discussed my options and installed the new decca (sp?) battery within 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend empire to anyone with car trouble. They are very reasonable on price and great on customer service.

Finished my car in one day, even when I surprised them with additional labor request. I brought it in for 120k service and asked them to find out why the car was squeaking. They identified it as nearly worn out brakes, got the parts, and stayed 20 minutes past closing until I could come pick it up.

Excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics, best of all Honest, and they even gave me a ride home and back. A shop with good people is hard to find, and Empire is full of them. Thanks guys.
