Just came into town to visit friends from San Diego, and of course, strange noises began emanating from our engine. Great! The guys at Empire were awesome. They took us in around 3:00pm and spent a good 45 minutes trying to find the elusive noise, which now, decided to go underground. Being female, and from out of town, you would think I was done for. But, not here. They listened to what I had to say, and did everything they could to figure out what was going on, and were honest enough to tell me they wouldn't feel right about doing anything else without having more to go on. I would highly recommend Empire to anyone, especially those who may run into problems from out of town. Great job, and thanks so much.

Empire took me at the last minute, on a Friday, I believe. Did a great job, for a really reasonable price, and just fabulous service. Next time I've got an American car to fix, I'm going here!

Empire was accommodating, professional and fast. I was having battery issues with my Chevrolet Tahoe and they immediately made time for me to bring it in, even though it was near the end of the day. Scott at the front desk was really helpful and made sure that I was seen quickly. As soon as I arrived they started diagnosing the problem, and had a solution for me within an hour (due to a need to test the battery). Turned out that we needed to replace the battery. Chris (the mechanic) discussed my options and installed the new decca (sp?) battery within 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend empire to anyone with car trouble. They are very reasonable on price and great on customer service.
