Petaluma Auto Repair

Empire Automotive has taken care of our cars for many years and have always proven trustworthy and reliable. Those are two character traits that Empire exemplifies. They also have a wonderful customer service attitude, even when we surprise them with an unexpected car repair drop-off.

Excellent service as always.

Thank you for your honest, thorough service. We appreciate your expertise!

Love them! Would not take our cars anywhere else! On both occasions of having our Jeep worked on we felt they were extremely honest and personable during our stressful situation.

We are 25+ year residents of Petaluma. With a number of cars, we need a garage that is reliable, professional, and reasonable. For many years, we used a garage whose owners retired and closed the business. With the same needs, we looked around the heard about Empire Automotive. We began to use Empire a little over a year ago. They are simply outstanding. From responsiveness, service, communication, reasonable pricing, and absolute reliability, we think that the relationship we have established with Empire - with Chris and everyone else we have come into contact with - is great. We would not think at this point about even exploring other options for our five cars. Excellent place.
