Drop my car off at Empire everytime I go by the place it's always packed so I know they must be doing good work with a lot of repeat customers so I had them do the battery in my Mercedes which is a little bit tricky you have to keep the car live while it's being done they did a great job good service and and employees are friendly and very professional offered a ride back home and the place has a great customer waiting area.

I arrived with my Suburban on a slidebed wrecker--Chris was unfazed despite little notice of my complete breakdown 75 miles from Petaluma. He had a trick to get the last gasp of life from the fuel pump and limped it into the yard. Chuck calmed me down and it was fixed in a couple of days. Bravo Empire!
