It's important to me to have an auto repair shop/mechanic that I feel comfortable knows what tey're doing, is fair on prices and I can trust what they tell me, such as they're not out to sell me something I dont need. Fortunately I haven't needed a lot of repairs but for about the past (12) years between my wife, two daughters and I we've used Empire Automotive about 7-10 times. They've always gotten us in fairly quickly and done a great job. They've also been very customer friendly in that they will call and take time to explain your options. This recent visit was for a charging system error which turned out to be the alternator. When we got a call saying this is the issue and the cost is this much, I was comfortable to just say yes, do the repair. No need fir me to question them. Its great having a mechanic that you can have that trust in. Great service and Great work!!! An A+ from me.
