Great customer service and knowledgeable of what was needed made me feel at at ease that my car was in good hands.

We are 25+ year residents of Petaluma. With a number of cars, we need a garage that is reliable, professional, and reasonable. For many years, we used a garage whose owners retired and closed the business. With the same needs, we looked around the heard about Empire Automotive. We began to use Empire a little over a year ago. They are simply outstanding. From responsiveness, service, communication, reasonable pricing, and absolute reliability, we think that the relationship we have established with Empire - with Chris and everyone else we have come into contact with - is great. We would not think at this point about even exploring other options for our five cars. Excellent place.

Everyone here does a great job and works great with my changing schedule. Definitely the only place I'll go for any repairs. Chris is very professional and has fixed my truck for much less than other mechanics quoted.
