I really like Empire Automotive's easy on line appts., speedy & friendly service, awesome waiting room. And I especially like that I am treated respectfully when I ask questions about my vehicle. Questions that I'm sure they've heard a million times but new to me. Shuttle service is pretty cool too. All around thumbs up!

We had a pretty serious coolant leak, and Chris got us in right away. They found the problem and fixed it. No worries.

Very good. very nice people. very honest. I would have liked a little more communication, but I think the nature of the car problems maed that dificult.

Empire was able to get us onto the schedule very quickly. Chris was able to get the power steering pump from the manufacturer at no charge, and so our bill was less than we had expected. The work was well and promptly done, and the car works perfectly now. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful.
