They are well known for their diagnostic ability, their technical expertise in making repairs when needed, and their fair pricing. In addition, Empire has been a part of the Petaluma community for many years. Chris and Chuck take take their responsibility to the community seriously by donating to and supporting many Petaluma youth activities.

Always the best service and customer service also a very friendly waiting room with everything you need!! They have a cat a dog and fish!! Great place!!!

I really like Empire Automotive's easy on line appts., speedy & friendly service, awesome waiting room. And I especially like that I am treated respectfully when I ask questions about my vehicle. Questions that I'm sure they've heard a million times but new to me. Shuttle service is pretty cool too. All around thumbs up!
