Very satisfied. Prompt.

Great service and the work is top notch.

Always great service and friendly.

Empire Automotive was the most wholesome auto shop experience I have ever had. These guys are genuine, honest, kind and so hardworking. They were patient and understanding, and explained the troubles with my car in ways I could understand. They went above and beyond what would be expected from an auto- shop. As a woman, I sometimes feel like I am being taken advantage of by my lack of car knowledge and typically I am overcharged but that was certainly not the case here. I have never felt more comfortable and confident in an autoshop than I have with Empire Automative, I will never go anywhere else for car troubles- this place is absolutely fantastic.
