Fabulous customer service. Even though it was just an oil change and some minor things, the mechanic (Chris) explained everything both before and after. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The customer lounge was better than the one at Lexus. An all-around positive experience.

Really appreciate and like how Empire Automotive is all about Customer service. I usually work with Chris, and he is always Honest, Communicates, Knowledgeable and friendly. I moved away from the Petaluma area about 6 years ago and still bring my vehicles to Empire because I trust them! I arrange my rides for drop off and pick up, as I live an hour away now, but still worth it all to continue to work with Chris and the Empire Automotive Team. Will continue working with them.
