Just picked up my truck from another great experience at Empire. They always call me throughout the day to update me on progress and double check before doing any work on my truck. Great customer service and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them. Super nice to be able to trust a mechanic and enjoy leaving feeling like I got great service. No one likes putting money into their vehicles so its nice to have a place we can trust.

awesome experience smogging my diesel out of state truck. service was fast, friendly and professional. they have coffee snacks, TV etc. nice waiting room. I'll go again. was very affordable. 5 Star.

Well where do I begin my mom started bringing her truck to empire when I was 8 I am now 20 and refuse to go anywhere else and I let nobody touch my car but them! They are amazing honest people and always friendly and courteous. Stop your search for a good mechanic these are your people!!! They will take care of you every time and make you feel like family. Empire Automotive won the People's Choice Award in Petaluma last year and I can see why. It is a true family business and is run with caring and pride. Chuck Robfogle and his wife Patty and his son Chris are unbelievably warm and compassionate. They really care about us the public who have concerns about our cars. They are not out to gouge us or get rich. They just really want to help. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. The staff = Meghan, Cleve, Jackson, Jeff, Gerardo are just incredible. And the best part is that if you have to wait they have the greatest waiting room with TV, coffee , treats, magazines, newspapers, wifi etc. If you need a ride, no problem. They even transported me to Rohnert Park when I needed it. They have kept all of our vehicles running beautifully and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Believe me you can trust your vehicles to this shop. They are the best!!!

I have been taking my cars to Empire for since 1994 and they have never failed me. They almost always over deliver and come in under quote. They are up front and if you want will explain in detail what is going on with your car. They really do a great job and I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I love this shop! Not only do they do an outstanding on your vehicle, but they are so nice and trustworthy. Whether it's accurately diagnosing a problem, or merely doing a smog or tune up, their work is top notch and they pride themselves in their customer service. Service at its finest. You typically think taking your car to an auto mechanic you might get over charged for little things, but not here.. Empire addresses the problem and consult with you before doing any repair.. they want you to feel at home, the waiting room is comfortable, they have coffee, tea and snacks and if you need a ride, they will take you where you need to be! Empire Automotive is a truly honest mechanic shop. It is a family run business and they really care about you, the client. The owner comes out to talk to you and patiently explains all of your options. He doesn't try to railroad you into expensive repairs. The staff goes out of their way for you and the waiting room is great!! This is the best automotive shop in town. I tell all my friends to go there. In fact most of them do.
