Appreciated the time spent explaining the work done to me.

My oil change and check was performed in the time promised at a reasonable price. They check everything and warn me about potential future issues.The people are friendly and the waiting room is inviting, although they are always ready to give rides to places in town if you don't want to wait. I will continue to bring my car to Empire.

I had taken my 2004 GMC diesel in for a new to California Vehicle transfer smog test and was really happy with the service and facilities at Empire Auto. Great coffee and friendly folks.

I have been taking my car to Chuck's place for many years. I started with him when the shop was on Petaluma Blvd. I feel very comfortable with Chuck and Chris. They explain everything that needs repairing in plan english. They only do repairs that are needed. There isn't any other mechanic that I trust as much as Chris and Chuck. I highly recommend Empire Automotive for routine maintence needs and unexpected car troubles. They are professional, dependable, reliable, friendly, afforable and honest. Do try to make an appoinment with them. They are the best, won't feel stupid or ripped off. They will get the work done in a timely fashion. And it will be done right. As long as there is Empire Automotive around, they will always have my business. They are stand up people and I can't praise them enough.

This business is "second to none". The staff treat you like family. The mechanics provide excellent service. The waiting room is very comfortable.
