When asking me whats wrong with my vehicle, you give me your undivided attention without being destracted by a cell phone or another customer or employee. Your people do it right the first time and if there ever should be a question, you call me and we discuss it. My car and truck last a long time, I take good care of them by having them maintained regularly by you folks at Empire. Chuck and Patty treat my car like it's their own. They fix my car as needed and try to save me money at the same time. They give me a ride to the gym so I can exercise while they fix my car. I love their specialty flavored coffees and snack bar in the waiting room!

The windshield wipers were replaced but now they make a loud screeching noise and the passenger side does not wipe away the rain. Always friendly service and extremely reliable!
