My two adult daughters and I have had the need for repairs on our cars. I started using "Empire Automotive" in about 2008. We've unfortunately had to have repair work done a few times each and have been happy with the repair(s) completed. More importantly to me is that the owners Chuck and Patty, along with their son Chris are involved in the day to day operations. Their customer service, their attitudes and advice to their customers is so great, I wouldn't want to go elsewhere. Their work and customer service are about as good as you could expect from any business. Over a few visits/repairs I learned I can trust what I'm told by them. Nobody wants to spend money on repairs but sometimes it's necessary and when that happens, Empire Automotive is the place to go.
