Outstanding service .

... RV’d from Phoenix to Lawson’s Landing, then jeeped along hwy 1... it was end of day with Empire’s doors about to close when we drove up, the Jeep rear end has issues .. gear oil spattering everywhere ... the office admin quickly went to see if any staff was still available to do a visual and make suggestions as to how to move forward, Chris crawled under the Jeep and even topped off the differential so we could make it back the next day ... the process was terrific, with comprehensive, professional explanations for all work needed and completed ... a most satisfying experience for money I didn’t want to spend but had to (many extra steps were not even charged for)
