They were so kind and quick! My usual mechanic couldn't do the work and referred me to Empire—all right before holidays. I knew it was a long-shot to get the car back completed sooner than later, but they squeezed me in and did a superb job. They also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. Don't tell my regular, mechanic, but I would gladly go back.;)

I feel my car and I are well taken care of, they communicate clearly about work that needs to be done, choices I may have if there's more than one way to take care of an issue and they're upfront about cost and timing. Great people to work with! Very knowledgeable and Chris is a very conscious mechanic that goes the extra mile to help the costumes. He explains well what is going on with the car and the work that is needed. As a woman I usually don’t like taking my car to the shop because often I feel I don’t understand what is going on (and often don’t care to understand and just want the car to run well. And I would rather spend the money on a vacation 😀 than on a used car. Mechanics and dentist feels the same to me ... ouch). At Empire , I feel understand the job that needs to be done and the reason for it. Highly recommend them even though I would rather spend the money on a vacation...
