Great people to work with! Very knowledgeable and Chris is a very conscious mechanic that goes the extra mile to help the costumes. He explains well what is going on with the car and the work that is needed. As a woman I usually don’t like taking my car to the shop because often I feel I don’t understand what is going on (and often don’t care to understand and just want the car to run well. And I would rather spend the money on a vacation 😀 than on a used car. Mechanics and dentist feels the same to me ... ouch). At Empire , I feel understand the job that needs to be done and the reason for it. Highly recommend them even though I would rather spend the money on a vacation...
Chris, Chuck, and all the staff at Empire are great! My car gets serviced as needed, I receive a ride to wherever I am going, and if I want to wait, there are great snacks, magazines, books, and TV. Thank you, Empire!
