Chris was honest about the amount of "labor" time involved which could have been over a few days, since it was Christmas week. However, much to our happiness, it was done within a day...and the shop was ONE mechanic short due to holiday vacation time ! Thanks a million!!!!

Thank you for honoring your service the day after Christmas, since I work M-F out of town, I usually cannot make appts during week. I felt cozy waiting in the lobby reading my book and was greeted by old black cat, just like home. Your shop was recommended to me by my girlfriend as being honest and not gouging women, I will pass on the recommendations.

Empire Auto is two generations of cordial, professional and prompt service. More times than I can count first Chuck and now Chris have repaired our cars with knowledge, resourcefulness and a smile.

Even though it was the silly season ( and I know they were swamped,) Empire was able to fit me in and get me back on the road for the holidays!

They were so kind and quick! My usual mechanic couldn't do the work and referred me to Empire—all right before holidays. I knew it was a long-shot to get the car back completed sooner than later, but they squeezed me in and did a superb job. They also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. Don't tell my regular, mechanic, but I would gladly go back.;)
