Chris and company are always ready to meet my service needs, especially on short notice as my work schedule is very irregular. I never feel I am being pushed into services my vehicle does not need like the big dealerships try and force upon you. Estimates are very accurate and communication is top notch. I feel my family and I are in good hands with the crew taking care of my vehicles.

I’ve been going to Empire for 8 years now, and they have always been amazing! I used to have a Jeep Wrangler, and now a Mazda 3 for some time. Chris is the best- so honest and trustworthy. I have never had a bad experience or an actual issue with one of my cars after leaving here. I only take my vehicle here for any mechanical issues and all routine check ups because I feel most comfortable here! Thank you guys for everything!
