Chuck and Chris have been taking care of our truck and cars for several years. I appreciate that they are fair and while flagging and keeping an eye out for potential upcoming problems (on our older automobiles) they never recommend unnecessary "fixes". Also, they always thoughtfully and patiently answer our questions and concerns. I personally recommend the team at Empire Automotive!

I brought my car in due to a leak. Empire diagnosed it, found a more economical solution at half the original estimate and then spent the better part of the day finding the exact part I needed (outside of a dealers package kit) just to save me money. Top Notch, as always. The odometer did not indicate it was time for service, but the calendar did in these covid times of reduced usage. Always good to know that the systems have been professioinally gone over on a timely basis even though our mileage driven is significantly reduced!

Once again Chris and Chuck Robfogel, owners of Empire Automotive, got my old diesel pickup (2003 model) quickly back on the road after diagnosing and replacing a broken vacuum pump. I've gone to Empire Automotive for over 20 years. It's the kind of shop where you can take your vehicle knowing that it will be repaired expertly by professionals. But more than that, much more in my opinion, they are fair and honest. Amazing service! Very helpful and they go above and beyond in trying to figure out what's going on with my car.

Convenient local service for my Mazda, easy to make the appointment on line; a safe place to wait; thorough review and follow-up for the car’s needs; a fair price in a timely manner. Mechanic had the parts on hand for the scheduled service I needed; listed the future work and parts I would need and when those should be done, one thing in a month or so, the rest at the time of the next scheduled service. The receptionist was nice, friendly and helpful; the mechanic (or technician) seemed very competent.
