I've been using Empire Automotive for automotive repairs since about 2000. Fortunately, I don't need repairs that often but for several years with me, my wife and two daughters driving we did need repairs. The business is family run with family members doing mechanical repairs and office work. I started using them because of a few co-workers recommendations. They've always been polite, get me in ASAP and their labor rates are much lower than most dealerships. I don't do this with many businesses but when they tell me I need certain parts relaced etc and the cost will be a certain amount, I don't question them as I trust them to be fair to me and they're usually better than fair in their prices and reccomended work. I don't just give a green light to most repair facilities/busineses etc, but Empire Automotive is one of the exceptions for me. The work is usually done fairly quickly. Once your cars issue is diagnosed, they will usually call you and explain the problem and ask for approval ( as any legit shop shoild do). So, basically, I trust them and would refer anyone to them for automotive repairs.
