After giving up on the mechanic I was using in Sonoma, I followed some referrals from friends from Petaluma and took my car to Empire Automotive. I was extremely pleased with their service. I had a minor leak show up following their repair of a power steering pump, and I was leaving town that day for a 1200 mile trip through the deserts of the Southwest. They took my car back in immediately, and found the minor problem and fixed it, so I could travel with confidence. There was no fault with their work; these things will happen; it is how it is handled that matters. I greatly appreciate that their mechanic takes the time to come out and talk to you and explain what they have done. Their conscientious care and service has won them a new customer.
