Excellent service!

My 1992 Ford truck started behaving badly so I asked Empire to diagnose the trouble. It took a couple days but they stuck with it and discovered a transmission problem that was going to be pretty expensive to fix. They alerted me to the problem and discussed what would be needed to get the truck back on the road. Very happy with their honesty and great service.

We have been going to Empire Automotive for over 25 years! I think 3 different locations. Chuck and his crew have always been honest and reliable. Now that Chris seems to be running the shop, it's just as good. Chris is very communicative with the customer. He calls and lets you know what's going on with your car. They want to fix what you're there for. They don't make stuff up and tell you that you need things done that you really don't. The office staff is very nice and helpful as well.
