We have been going to Empire Automotive for over 25 years! I think 3 different locations. Chuck and his crew have always been honest and reliable. Now that Chris seems to be running the shop, it's just as good. Chris is very communicative with the customer. He calls and lets you know what's going on with your car. They want to fix what you're there for. They don't make stuff up and tell you that you need things done that you really don't. The office staff is very nice and helpful as well.

Empire is the best.

We always know our vehicles will be well taken care of. Fixed correctly, quality parts used. Only repair what was asked for with information on what might need to be looked at next & when. No big sell here. Very rare in the automotive repair industry. They care enough to warn you on what’s coming up in your vehicle’s life. I had only had that once before in my life. My fathers best friend. He used to service & repair our vehicles. He’s long gone now. May God rest his soul, but I found someone who has continued on his legacy. Chuck and his family treat us like family. You just can’t find that anymore.

I finally found mechanics that I feel I can trust. They got my car in quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Towed in with an emergency issue. Fast and courteous service, fixed the problem and went on to do the servicing it needed, even past closing time. Many thanks for a job well done!
