Empire addresses the problem and consult with you before doing any repair.. they want you to feel at home, the waiting room is comfortable, they have coffee, tea and snacks and if you need a ride, they will take you where you need to be! Empire Automotive is a truly honest mechanic shop. It is a family run business and they really care about you, the client. The owner comes out to talk to you and patiently explains all of your options. He doesn't try to railroad you into expensive repairs. The staff goes out of their way for you and the waiting room is great!! This is the best automotive shop in town. I tell all my friends to go there. In fact most of them do. You can trust Empire Auto!!!
